By leveraging our housing expertise and relationships with local contractors, we are able to create housing solutions that address the needs of our low/moderate-income community. Our rental rates are priced as low as 80% of market value to those who qualify.
Through homebuyer education and financial literacy courses, participants learn what is required to become homeowners. Paired with our Affordable Housing program, qualified participants that complete our Affordable Homeownership program may be able to purchase one of our homes at an affordable rate.
Nazareth partners with area municipalities to facilitate minor home repair programs with various funds made available through federal, state and local sources. Accessibility to these programs may vary by program duration, availability, income requirements, etc.
